ImportFix is designed to stay simple, so support should be simple too. If something looks wrong, if a file will not load, or if a repair result does not match what you expected, send a note with the details below.

Privacy reminder
Do not send customer, payment, health, or other sensitive data unless you are comfortable sharing it directly for support. When possible, reproduce the issue with a cleaned or redacted file.
